One of our most enjoyed classes, Yoga for Aches & Stress is just that.
Focusing on the needs of the students in the room, we will work on
releasing tension from the shoulders, back, and anywhere else it may be hidden.
This is a slower class designed to restore the body and heal the soul.

Let's take it up a notch. Learn poses and flows to strengthen arms, legs, and core while increasing your flexibility. Challenge yourself slightly as you are safely guided into bigger versions of your favorite poses. Upbeat music to keep you going and a well deserved final relax to finish out your day.

Safety Protocols

  • Masks, recommended by the state, are optional within the studio.
  • Cleaning, the studio will be disinfected before and after every class. Common contact items, door handles, benches, etc, will be wiped clean. Blankets and straps will be washed after every class in hot soapy water. Blocks and mats will be disinfected after use. Eye pillows will not be provided.
  • Limited Students, the state has limited studios to half capacity, which is 9. We have decided to limit classes to 8 students.
