Project Peace

2020 was one for the books. Even if you were fortunate enough to not be touched by covid, the year was not what it should have been. Ever the optimist, I have noticed one perk of 2020 was a recalibrating of priorities for many. Personally, I have spent time with my family, tended to projects around home, and used the abundance of quiet for reflection.

This year it is my intention to share peace. I will be a center for calm. I will share my peace with others. Yes, one of the classes I have coming up in March is called Yoga and Meditation for Peace Seekers. I am very excited to share processes and techniques for inner stillness with my students. But 2020 showed me I need to think beyond my studio space and offer some things to a greater audience. If you happen to be reading this, I'm talking about you.

I'm going to be writing about Peace and I welcome you to read, consider, and experiment with the things I offer. As yoga is a science, some things may work for you and others may be more beneficial to share with someone you love. I hope to spread peace this year. I want to make peace my contribution for 2021.
